Sonesh Sira was born 15 September, 1966 in Stratford. He is an English actor who played P.C. Dinesh Patel in Series 3 of The Bill. He had previously played Ali Kasim in Murphy's Mob and Prince Kassava in To Serve Them Days. His other credits include The Velvet Glove, Starting Out, The Hard Word and The Young Adventures of Indiana Jones.
